I have a few more details about what is happening next Wednesday now.
Firstly i'll be meeting with occupational health. They have some questions to ask to get a good idea of how i am and my ability to return to work.
At 12pm i'll then be meeting with the critical health solutions doctor. Throughout the treatment he's been getting copies of all my medical notes and double checking things and ensuring the quality of care is the best possible. Also any questions id want answered / any second opinions / explanation about medical terms im not familiar with is offered through him.
So by lunchtime on Wednesday i should know what is happening regards dates of going back. I'm going to conact my team at work and suggest a lunch on Wednesday afternoon - as i'll be in the area anyway. Going back to the office will be strange - i only just about learnt my way around the various buildings before the time off began!
